Product: Potash Alum (Potassium Alum)

Function:
- Used in swimming pools as a clarifier and flocculant.
- Helps clear cloudy or murky water by causing fine particles to clump together (flocculation), making them easier to filter or vacuum.

How It Works:
1. Flocculation:
   - Alum has a positive charge that attracts the negatively charged suspended particles in pool water.
2. Clumping:
   - The particles clump together to form larger, heavier masses that settle to the bottom of the pool.
3. Filtration / Vacuuming:
   - These clumps are then easily removed by vacuuming or filtration.
